Windows in the Villa are all double glazed, keeping noise from outside the property to a minimum. There is private parking for up to 3 cars to entire villa or 1 car for each apartment

From the Villa you can while away the day watching the local fishermen going about their business, or if you are more actively inclined, the Port of Acitrezza has sailing schools and an interesting wharf area to explore or to explore the little islands in front or the bay there are plenty of guided boats tours for hire by day or night, most of them serving drinks and food on board view from villa
